Responsibilities:
- Support the labor relations team during pre-union negotiations and assist post-union negotiations from an HR perspective.
- Prepare and present multiple scenarios for total rewards packages, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with compensation on bonus payouts and with the benefits team on premium design changes.
- Act as project manager for union setups, ensuring timely delivery of all related deliverables.
- Focus on benefits management, partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of rewards and vacation policies.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in total rewards, benefits, or related HR functions.
- Strong understanding of benefits structures, including deductibles, out-of-pocket expenses, and benefit package pricing.
- Proven ability to present polished packages and recommendations to leadership.
- Solid experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities.
- Must have union experience
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint required; SAP or SuccessFactors experience is preferred.
